London Tower

I remember the day that I took this picture. I was out on a trekking adventure around London with some good friends of mine. We walked all day long, seen as much as we could. It was a good day, filled with laughter, friendship, sunshine, a delicious picnic and lots of shooting.By the time we reached the Tower of London we were very tired and it was getting slightly dark. We sat on a bench and we talked about traitor’s gate. Yeah, exciting stories about traitors and their death sentence [we must have been very tired...]

And I am finally content about one. It couldn’t get any better.

This is my great niece (yeah, I’m that old ^_^ ). She is 5 and she is very adorable when she wants to be. One of the best captures of this year, of her.

This is Ioana. She’s my lovely niece who happened to get her hands on a pink wig. She was very excited to try it out, and fool around just for the fun of it .

vintage cupcake

So, Ioana and I decided last weekend that we were going to make cupcakes. First audition. ^_^
The main problem was that we didn’t have cupcake trays . But we kind of improvised and managed to get something in the oven. Ok, they definitely weren’t the best cupcakes in the world, but we got the credit for trying. Next time, we will be prepared.
And to imortalise my very first home made cupcakes, here’s the proof.

1st of October

It was some sort of important a few days in our town, hence the great “fair” of agricultural equipment and  farming machines. So people came to have a look. The fun part were the few farming animals (some sheep, some birds and cattle) and that you could buy organic food at a good price.
And of course, I ended up taking pictures
